Nicky's Insight on pelvic floors and their role

Pelvic floors support the very base of the torso. If your pelvic floors are weak the pelvis is weak, this weakness means that our spine is not steaming from a stable strong base, and seeing as there is not one move or exercise that does not involve the back (the weaker place) it doesn't take a rocket scientist to figure out how important it is to strength the pelvic floors for both women and men.

The pelvic floors are directly responsible for the amount of sensation a women feels during intercourse. Strong firm muscles mean more nerve endings and more nerve endings means stronger sensation.

Pelvic floor strength is essential for lifelong physical, sexual and emotional health.
